Tom Bowling AIFD PFCI
Tom is now in his 36th year in the floral industry. He has a background in owning his own retail business for 20 years, working in the floral wholesale business, is a consultant for some major industry growers, and is the Director of Education for Syndicate Sales.
Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master’s of Education from Miami University of Ohio.
Tom is a member of the American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD) and previously served as President. He is also a member of Professional Floral Communicators International (PFCI), the Society of American Florists (SAF) and numerous state and allied associations. Tom is the 2016 recipient of the Tommy Bright Award.
Tom has been a featured main stage presenter twice for AIFD’s national symposium. His floral career also includes working as assistant floral director for the Academy Awards for 15 years as well as the Pasadena Tournament of Roses parade. Tom was one of the judges for the 2015 Tournament of Roses parade. He has designed and commentated at numerous local, regional, and national floral events, having designed for presidential inaugurations as well as many society events around the country. He serves on several advisory boards for floral related products and his work is often seen in Flowers& and Flower and Profits. He is a member of Teleflora’s acclaimed Education Specialist Team.
Deborah De La Flor AIFD PFCI
Deborah's talent, innovative style and passion for flowers have made her a world-renowned floral designer. For more than 30 years, her passion for flowers have taken her around the word and allowed her to share her love for the floral industry through design presentations, seminars, competitions, and commentary.
Deborah's ability to anticipate and influence the latest floral trends has led to her consulting for some of the biggest names in the floral industry. Her vast knowledge, down-to-earth demeanor and infectious enthusiasm make her a sought-after presenter for floral industry events. Deborah has also added AIFD Certified Floral Evaluator/Judge to her long list of accomplishments. She is also the author of the floral design book Florsages: The Art of Floral Body Design.
Her many accolades include Florida State Designer of the Year and winner of the FTD Great Masters Design Competition. Most recently, Deborah had the honor of serving as a judge for the 2015 Interflora World Cup in Berlin, Germany. She was featured presenter at the 2012 AIFD Nation Symposium, and was inducted into the Professional Floral Communicators International (PFCI) in 2006. Deborah represented the United States at the Interflora World Cup in Melbourne, Australia in 2004. She was also the first runner up at the FTD America’s Cup finals in 2000 and was inducted into the American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD) in 1996. She has owned De La Flor Gardens in Fort Lauderdale, FL, for more than 25 years.
Wayne Esterle AIFD KMF
Wayne is the owner and operator of In Bloom Again in Louisville, Kentucky. He has been in the floral industry for 44 years and will be celebrating the 35th anniversary of In Bloom Again this October.
Wayne was inducted into the Kentucky Florists’ Association (KFA) Hall of Fame in 1996 and into American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD) in 2002. He has competed in several state, regional and nation design competitions, named Designer of the Year for KFA, KFA’s Kentucky Cup winner, Southern Retail Designer of the Year Mid-America Designer of the Year, and placed second in the 2010 Sylvia Cup.
Wayne has served on numerous industry associations, including 30 years on the KFA Board of Directors, serving two terms as President, as well as many other board positions. He is also Past President of Allied Florists of Louisville and Derby City Floral Delivery Inc.
Paul Latham AIFD CFD KMF
Paul has been part of the floral industry for over a decade. He holds a bachelors of science in marketing and business management from the University of Louisville. He is an Accredited Member of the American Institute of Floral Designers (AIDF). He served as the 2012 Kentucky Florists' Assocation (KFA) Floral Designer of the Year, won the 2016 KFA Kentucky Cup competition, and placed second in the 2016 Sylvia Cup Design Competition hosted by the Society of American Florist .
Along with his business partner, Alex Hunnicutt, they own Fleur de Lis Events & Design, a full service event production and floral design firm. They also own and operate two event venues in Louisville, Kentucky, The Foundry at Glassworks and The Gramercy.
Among producing high-end event for various clients, including professional athletes and international companies, Paul also works as one of the lead floral designers for Paradiso Parade Floats, creating some of the most incredible floats seen each year at the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California. Paul also serves as the Lead Floral Designer for Lauren Chitwood Events and Olio Event Group where they produce extravagant celebrations for all life's occasions.

Ben is the designer at The Milam House Florist in Frankfort, Kentucky.
Her is a past Kentucky Designer of the year, Southern Retail Florist Designer of the Year, Mid-America Cup Winner, and three time Kentucky Cup winner. Ben was inducted into AIFD in 2008.
His program is titled "Sweet Tea" is a look back through his life as a young southern gentleman and the moments that formed his love for flowers and design. Get ready to set back, sip some house wine of the South, and enjoy the show.

Owner and principal floral design, Carolyn is defiantly fluent when it come to “Speaking Flowers” for your wedding or event. She is an award-winning designer and an Accredited Member of the American Institute of Floral Designs (AIFD). Carolyn is a floral design educator and evaluator and is one of a very small group of USA designers who have a European Masters Certification (EMC) in floral design.
Carolyn is a Chicago native residing in Southern Indiana. Her floral and lifestyle shop, Lavender Hill, is located in historic downtown Jeffersonville, Indiana. While the majority of her clientele are local residents for the Kentuckianan area, she does travel nationally as well as internationally creating beautiful and memorable events large and small.

At the early age of 16, Chase first enter the design world designing couture gowns. With a passion for design , Chase strived for opportunities to expand his knowledge within the industry. While attending the University of the Cumberlands, he majored in Fine Arts and Design with a minion in Classical Opera.
As a young entrepreneur, Chase launched his own design company at the age of 22. His company, Chase Mosko Design, is based in London, Kentucky.
With a keen attention to detail, his company is well known for creating memorable affairs. While providing a unique and creative vision unlike any other, they exceed the expectations of their clientele. Chase and his staff make it their main objective to guarantee the satisfaction of their brides, making it a mission that each girl feels special and like family. The company takes pride in being the ultimate “one-stop” planning resource, from beginning to end. Catering to all types of events, whether it be simple or lavish, Chase Mosko Design has the reputation of perfection.
In 2015 he was voted Best Floral Designer by “Best of the Best” in his city. Later that year, he compete in the Kentucky Florists’ Association (KFA) Designer of the Year competition, placing second runner-up. Recently he travels abroad to Hong Kong designing showrooms and products for various department store and companies. At the age of 26, Chase was selected to represent the Mountain Laurel region of KFA, currently making him the youngest member serving on the Board of Directors.

Sara Tipton KMF
Sara has been in the floral industry her entire life. Being born into a family owned florist and gift shop has never given her many opportunities and experiences through the years.
After graduation Woodford County High School in 2000, were she was involved in the Future Farmers of American (FFA) and held offices and various committee chairs, she began entering into floral design competitions. In 2016 Sara won Kentucky Florists’ Association’s Designer of the Year competition. In June 2017, she completed the Floral Education Program of Kentucky (FEPK) to further her education and become a Kentucky Master Florist (KMF). Sara will represent Kentucky this August in the Mid-America Cup during the Arkansas Florist Convention.
Sara’s days are mostly spent at Bel Air Florist where she is the Sales Manager, taking the biggest role in purchasing, displaying and marketing. Her favorite time at work is staging and making the shop look new. Her belief is that, even taking old products and making them look new can make the shop look fresh and inviting for customers. Sara knows that in today's market you have to always be creative.
Sara is married to Thomas and they have a son, Colton.
